In Him, you’ve got this!

Morning friends!

I wanted to send this note of encouragement out to all those going through difficult trials right now

Know, that we as a leadership at Gracelife, are praying for you as you walk this path which often feels like a very lonely road. The problem with going through tough times is they can lead to feelings of isolation and despair and that we are the only ones going through something this difficult. Yet, others have walked the same path and have come out “the other side” stronger as a result of going through it.

Whenever I go through something I don’t understand and finding incredibly challenging, but knowing that I have been as faithful to believe as possible, I think of the story of Joseph in the Old Testament. He went through unimaginable pain but did finally arrive at a time of great blessing.

I think of the verse that shares that powerful moment when he stood in front of his brothers who had betrayed him and sold him into slavery…

Genesis 50:20 But Joseph said to them, “20 You intended to harm me, but God intended it for good to accomplish what is now being done, the saving of many lives. (NIV)

At that moment, he had the realization that all he had gone through not only became a benefit in his own life but also served as a blessing to thousands upon thousands who would benefit from his constant and steady faith. God indeed knew what he was doing through, the trials that sifted through His Hands into the life of Joseph, were always for a reason and the reason was always for good.

While we may not understand it now, there is an old song with the title “We’ll Understand It Better in the By and By”. This is simply a reminder that one day, we will “get it”, and if we respond correctly now, Trusting God for the outcome, great blessings are in store not only for us, but also many of our family and loved ones around us.

I know it’s not easy, but I encourage you to continue to trust in God! Continue to believe God for the victory!

Here’s an encouraging scripture in closing;

Job 23:10 10 But he knows the way that I take; when he has tested me, I will come forth as gold. (NIV)

In Him, you’ve got this!

Bless you,

Craig
