The message of Christ’s Finished Work is the message of the New Covenant. This covenant provides the believer with all things, as the blood of Jesus was shed for our redemption, sanctification and justification; and the body of Jesus was broken for our wholeness and healing.
Each minister (royal priest) has an obligation to rightly divide the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15), and this ministry believes that the dividing point of the bible is Calvary. Christ’s finished work on the cross sealed the New Covenant, not between man and God, but between Christ and God, and as believers, we have been made joint-heirs of that covenant (Romans 8:17; Galatians 4:7). This covenant provides an abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness (Romans 5:17), and it is the preaching of the goodness of God that will lead the world to repentance (Romans 2:4).
The Covenant of Grace teaches us that there is no condemnation for the believer (Romans 8:1) and that the power to live a life free from the dominion of sin is found in the knowledge that you are under the power of grace and not the power of the law (Romans 6:14). The believer is not trying to become righteous through their merit or works (Galatians 2:21; Titus 3:5), but they ARE the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus (2 Corinthians 5:21). This ministry is dedicated to preaching that basic, simple TRUTH, in the midst of a world of deception (2 Corinthians 11:3).
We do not present the Law (civil, ceremonial or moral, or any man-made law) as the standard for man to live by, as it is the ministry of death and condemnation (2 Corinthians 3:6-11) but rather that the righteous believer live by a new Law which is the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:2).
We believe that although the born again believer IS righteous apart from his works, his works still play a part in his walk here on earth and in the age to come.
Some have asked “Do you believe in once saved always saved?”. Well it depends what you mean by “saved”. If by saved you mean your place in heaven when you die, no, you cannot loose that! But if by saved (Greek word is Sozo) you mean your health, healing, mental-wellbeing and wholeness, emotional stability, finances, now in this life, then yes, you can definitely loose those here (and with that rewards in heaven too) if you choose to live here on earth led persistently by fear and unbelief…The gospel is the power of God and it is accessed by faith.
Grace is accessed by faith and nothing else!
We believe that when you go from hearing the truth to knowing the truth, you WILL be set free! (John 8:31-32)
